My therapy style is supportive and interactive using a cognitive behavioral framework focusing how thoughts impact both our emotions and behaviors. In therapy, I focus on assisting clients in developing coping and emotion regulation skills, improved boundaries in relationships, and effective communication skills to build and maintain personal and professional relationships. With children, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and play therapy.
I also enjoy the opportunity to partner with clinicians working toward licensure in Tennessee. I have completed the six hours of supervision continuing education required to provide clinical supervision. I currently offer one-to-one sessions and will provide group upon interest by up to four individuals.
